There are many types of exercise and physical fitness that are grouped into three types depending on the overall effect they have for our body. The first is the flexibility exercises such as stretching; improve the range of motion of muscles and joints. This kind of exercise is used to make our body more flexible and reduce the risk of muscles and joints aches. The second is aerobic exercise such as cycling, swimming, walking, jogging, running, and hiking. This kind of exercise focuses on the increasing of cardiovascular endurance. It keeps us away from heart aches and makes our blood runs smoothly. The third type is anaerobic exercises. This type is increasing short term muscle strength. The examples of this kind of exercise are weight training and sprinting. This kind of exercise helps to strengthen our muscle in short term. In short, whatever the exercise and physical fitness you would like to take; it always has its function to increase our healthiness.
To do exercises, it actually does not need to spend much time. In 1440 minutes we have every day; we just have to spend about 30 minutes to think about exercise and physical fitness. It is said that regular exercise is the best way to keep our body healthy. Most adult are needed to only give those 30 minutes attention to exercise and physical fitness 5 days a week. The simplest way to do it is bike to work. Those people just need to consider about having 15 minutes ride twice a day to and from their offices as a respect action to exercise and physical fitness and their health. Thus, it is not that expensive and difficult to be healthy.
