Do not forget to warm up and cool down. In the third day is the fun day for your exercise. You can do light stretching, walking with your dog, or dancing with your favorite music.
In the fourth day of your home fitness weight loss is aerobic activity or back to the first day. Brisk walk or jog will be ok, but you need to add your intensity with sprints or climb up. In the fifth day, or the last day in a whole week, you can do strength training such as light lifting, using dumbbells or resistance bands for your biceps and chest. Do not forget to warm up and cool down because it will prevent you to get injured during your workouts. After Five day exercise, you can rest for the following week, and do it again in two week after.

This is better for those who have enough money to effort it, but if you do not have enough money to join the gym, you can continue your home fitness weight loss program.
